Being the first member of Hayward's in-house Creative Services team, I played a pivotal role in building and shaping our team from the ground up, handling projects independently and in collaboration with not only our internal Marketing Team, but various teams across the organization. I worked directly with our prior outside agency to on-board and immerse myself in the brand. Shortly after, my manager joined, and together we began expanding our in-house capabilities. I was promoted from Graphic Designer to Senior Graphic Designer in recognition of my contributions. In this role, I've delivered a wide range of creative solutions across digital + print, for Marketing (product-focused), Internal Communications, Tradeshow, Events, and more. Our team supports a primarily B2B business, but we also engage in e-commerce and consumer marketing for select products.

Assets for the Hayward Bounty Program. This program features a promotion for swapping out competitor products. I've lead the efforts on this program for the past 2 years, ensuring this is a program that customers stay familiar with, but refreshing artwork to highlight new benefits.

Full audit and organizational overhaul for our Hayward product photography, including editing and renaming product photography for all of our products. Creator and owner of the new Digital Asset Manager to house all photography for our multiple stakeholders.

Webpage design for Hayward.com. Our Digital Team launched a new website this year, which I lead efforts to provide them with imagery across the entire site. Although the Hayward website is built out to be modular and efficient, there are still ways to be creative. The above is an example of a page that I created from scratch, utilizing the modules.
